PHOTO CONTEST RULES

We have all said our dog should be in pictures or a contestant on the next dog reality supermodel show!! Well here is your chance.

ARWNY would like to immortalize YOUR special Akita forever!! Yes, we are looking to find just the right 6 pictures to use on MUGS that will be sold through our online store and at our functions to help ARWNY raise funds for our rescue work. These mugs will forever picture YOUR wonderful, special Akita!

So to find just the right 6 pictures, we will be holding an ONLINE PICTURE CONTEST!!!

We are asking for Akita owners to submit pictures by email to ARWNY PHOTO CONTEST and pictures must be received NO LATER than April 18, 2009.

Keep the photos in a manageable size (under 1 mg) for us to use for the contest, later on we will need a bigger size if your photo is a winner!

When choosing your pictures to submit, remember they will be used on a mug, so make sure the picture is clear and easy to see.  And make sure the picture is yours to use and not copyrighted in any way. A photo release will be needed before any reproduction.

We are asking for $1.00 per entry. Voting will be free. ARWNY will tally up all the votes and voting will begin on   April 19th and end on April 24th. Winners will be announced April 25th.

Look for another announcement to start the voting.
Remember, here is your chance for YOUR special Akita to be in the "winners' circle" and be forever immortalized on a mug for all the world to "ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh and aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh" over!!!  So get those pictures to us and when the time comes, get voting!

PHOTO CONTEST SUBMISSION INFORMATION

1. Send email with photo to ARWNY PHOTO CONTEST.

2. Photo must be 1 MG or under for voting purposes.

3. Photo must be yours to use and a photo release will be needed if your photo is selected.

4. Photo may be used on other ARWNY items.

5. Email should include dog's name, brief bio, age, and owner info.

6. Click PayPal button below to send $1.00 photo submission fee.

7. Hope for a win but know every dog is a winner if a beloved family companion!

PHOTO CONTEST VOTING INFORMATION

1. Click the Vote Now button under the photo of your choice. This will take you to your default email. Then click send. No message is needed unless you want to chat!!

2. You MUST send one email for each vote cast. DO NOT send one email listing your six choices as these will not be counted.

3. ONLY 6 VOTES PER EMAIL ADDY WILL BE USED! If you send more, the first 6 will be counted ONLY!

4. NO VOTES after midnight on April 24th will be counted!

5. REMEMBER, the photos being selected are for use on mugs! Select accordingly please!

6. There is no cost for voting -- it is FREE! BUT, of course, donations are always welcome!

7. Have fun and lets be fair!
